The EV2400 EVM interface board enables an IBM-compatible or other types of PCs (with the drivers required for their specific platforms) to communicate with Texas Instruments SMBus or I2C interface fuel gauges via a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port. In addition to this board, PC software is also required to interpret the fuel gauge data to complete the evaluation system.
