Order Processing Time

We ship most orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). Every battery must pass a safety test before shipping, which may slightly extend processing time.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your name, full address, phone number, and postal code. Battery Shipping Time

Batteries are classified as dangerous goods, so delivery usually takes longer than for standard products. Some countries do not accept air transportation for battery-only shipments, and certain destinations may be restricted for lithium batteries. Tracking Information

You can track your package at 17track.net. Please allow a few days after shipment for tracking updates to appear. If your package seems delayed, it may simply be held at the local post office or already delivered to your mailbox, so it is not necessarily lost. Some destinations require a different tracking site. 1. Is this battery compatible with my device?

Please check the model number, part number, voltage, capacity, and chemistry listed in the product description, and compare them with the label on your original battery. If you're unsure, send us your device model and we'll help confirm compatibility before you order.

2. Is this an original or a replacement battery?

Unless a product is clearly labeled "Genuine" or "OEM" on its page, it is a replacement battery, not an original manufacturer product. Our replacement batteries are designed to match OEM specifications and are tested for performance, safety, and reliability before shipping.

3. How long will the battery last?

Battery life depends on the device, usage, and storage conditions. For rechargeable batteries, lifespan is measured in charge cycles and typically declines gradually with use. For non-rechargeable (single-use) batteries, lifespan depends on standby time and shelf life, so please check the date information on the battery label or product description.

4. Do your batteries come with a warranty?

Yes. Every battery comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you have a problem during this period, contact our support team and we'll arrange a replacement or another suitable solution. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, liquid exposure, or use in an incompatible device.

5. How long does shipping take?

6. Is the battery safe to use?

Safety is a priority. Every battery goes through quality control and safety testing before shipping, and rechargeable models include protection circuitry where applicable. Please use the battery only in compatible devices, follow your device manual, and never open, crush, short-circuit, or expose it to fire or water. Non-rechargeable batteries must never be recharged.

7. Do I need to charge or calibrate the battery after installation?

It depends on the battery type. For rechargeable batteries, calibration is usually not needed. Charge the battery fully before first use and avoid draining it completely on a regular basis. If the battery percentage looks inaccurate, you can recalibrate once: charge to 100%, use the device until it shuts down, then charge to 100% again without interruption. For non-rechargeable batteries, never attempt to charge them. For medical and safety equipment, follow your device manual and run the device's self-test after installation.

8. What should I do if the battery is not working properly?

Please contact us at order@storeshoppe.com with your order number, device model, and a description of the issue (photos or videos are welcome). We'll respond quickly and arrange a replacement if necessary.

9. Can I return or exchange the product?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Batteries that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless defective. Please contact us at order@storeshoppe.com before sending anything back, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.
